We have been appointed for numerous receiverships by the Superior Courts to manage Real Estate property and assets until litigation issues are resolved. Occasionally we have been requested to become the Receivers for issues that include real estate property sales as well.
As the Receiver we are the stewards of the property and are responsible for the maintenance and management of the property until the court proceedings are resolved. This requires an ability to assess needs and problems immediately and take action accordingly. Our receivership portfolio includes:

Reporting
Receiver prepares a monthly Receiver’s Report as directed by the Court using standard accounting practices and issues a final accounting to the Court after settlement in a thorough and timely manner.
Ongoing Court Appearances
Receiver provides testimony for any ongoing legal issues, including but not limited to: Borrower’s contesting appointment of Receiver, the Borrower’s failure to comply with Order of Performance or other illegal acts, and procedures in Borrower’s filings.
