With more than 20 years of leadership experience in professional property management, Roxanne’s background encompasses all phases of real estate from day-to-day management of homes, apartments, various types of commercial and retail property to court receivership responsibilities. Roxanne holds a B.A. in Communications from California State Long Beach. Prior to starting Central Coast Investments, she spent several years as manager with the state’s second largest banking company, Security Pacific National Bank.

Jim has over 26 years of real estate brokerage experience, including a specialty as a Certified Commercial and Investment Member. Jim founded Central Coast Investments in 1981 focusing on the needs of investors of the central coast which has included Construction Management, Commercial and Residential Sales, Exchanges, Real Estate Hard Money Loans and Long Term Financing. Jim also holds a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations and Business Management from University of Arizona, Tucson.
